Who’s says you can’t start over.
We talk about wanting a better future yet sabotage our selves in the present.
Everyday is a new day, no rules apply.
We tell our selves to continue yesterday’s work today, but we don’t some new distraction comes up. Stuck in yesterday’s mindset repeating those same mistakes today. But there’s No NEED to comply, with the toxic traits/ habits you’ve picked up.
Free your self of what was.
Start with what you’ve been putting off.
No excuses.
Giving your self love, care, and the attention you seek externally.
Give your self time to heal.
Heal your self from the traumatic state of mind and limiting beliefs.
Break free from negative speech and thoughts.
Uplift your self and others with positive words and actions.
Have more respect for your self and don’t let others disrespect you.
I suggest removing your self from anyone that insults you, even if it’s in a joking manner. Ask your self : Would I speak about them the same way they do about me?
Happiness comes from with in, it’s just a frame of mind. The unhappy ones will attempt to bring you down to their level, don’t let them. We’ve all heard the “Misery loves company” quote. Unhappy folks don’t want to see others win, so why be around them. Thank them for their time and move on to better things, you’ll be making space for better people. I say this with a shit load of experience.
Think about mastering yourself before anything else.
Do I come from a place of maturity?
Are my emotions my own?
Have I been brainwashed or mislead by others?
How can I help be of service to others?
What have I learned today?
What are my forms of self sabotage?
What are my positive and negative habits?
Am I honest with my self?
Am I stuck in the past?
Do I see a positive future?
How can I help my self?
These are a few questions to help align yourself? Might even get you to focus on goals or the bigger picture gaining greater values.
